Rental conditions for renting the sauna cabin through Saunahytten.dk

Rental at Saunahytten.dk takes place according to the rental conditions below. It is the tenant's own responsibility that these are read and understood prior to entering into a lease.

1. Booking and Payment

The sauna cabin is booked on the website. Booking is confirmed in bookingflow.
No deposit is paid, possibly. errors and defects are settled in cash upon delivery.
All prices are incl. 25% VAT.
Payment is made in advance when booking the sauna cabin, and the rental agreement is only valid when payment has been made.

Cancellation of order

The sauna cabin can be canceled with more than 14 days to the time of booking for a fee of DKK 500.00.
In the event of later cancellation, Saunahytten.dk reserves the right to charge the full rent for the agreed period.

Pickup / Delivery

Saunahytten.dk always takes care of delivery and collection of the sauna cabin.

Delivery

An agreement is reached on booking, time and location of the sauna cabin.
The sauna cabin must be left in a tidy condition. Woodburning stove must not be emptied - Saunahytten.dk manages this
If the sauna cabin is left too late without prior agreement, the tenant will, to the extent that the sauna cabin should be sublet, be required to pay an amount that keeps Saunahytten.dk indemnified in relation to possible penalty costs, cf. §6.

Delayed delivery or cancellation from Saunahytten.dk

Saunahytten.dk has a duty to inform about this as soon as possible, and is compensated by offering the future tenant a 50% price reduction during the agreed rental period.
Alternatively, the prospective tenant can in this case choose to cancel the booking completely free of charge.
If Saunahytten.dk (for example due to a breakdown) has to cancel a confirmed booking, the tenant is awarded a gift certificate that gives the right to rebook the Saunahytten free of charge on any other date.

Insurance, liability and damages

Saunahytten.dk assumes no liability in accordance with any personal injuries, property damage or other damages that may occur during the event, unless these are incurred under Saunahytten.dk's responsibility and that it must be assumed that Saunahytten.dk has acted irresponsibly or taken lack of consideration for participants, surroundings or tools. The tenants and the participants themselves have a responsibility to take care of each other.
The sauna cabin is fully insured and liability insured.
It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure that the use of the sauna cabin is in accordance with the handed out and accepted instructions. If this is not done and this results in a defect, the tenant is held liable for damage caused to the sauna cabin and is charged for repairing these.

Complaints

If the tenant (or tenant suspects) experiences that there is a fault in the rented equipment, the tenant should always call Saunahytten.dk immediately. Saunahytten.dk will advise here on how the case should be handled.
Saunahytten.dk welcomes both rice and praise from customers, as the dialogue with our tenants provides an opportunity to improve service and products.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with other discount agreements.
Only 1 piece can be used. gift certificate per. customer / rental.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Issued on request and has a value of 3 years
Gift cards are issued either at competition or can be purchased as value gift cards

Cancellation & Cancellation Insurance:
Terms are stated in the Rental Terms which form the basis of the agreement.

Trash:
It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange for cleaning in and around the sauna cabin, both during and after renting the sauna cabin.

Remedy:
If complications and problems arise with the sauna cabin, Saunahytten.dk must be contacted on +45 28 684 685

Settlement:
Settlement takes place according to the Rental Conditions and appears from this.

Pickup & Delivery:
Saunahytten.dk always makes sure to deliver and pick up the Saunahytten to the agreed place.

Alcohol:
It is allowed to enjoy alcohol in the sauna cabin, but it is advisable that behavior in and around the sauna cabin takes place under reasonable conditions. It is not allowed to play loud music that may disturb other guests near the sauna cabin. In the event of any complaints about bad behavior or noise, the tenant will be made fully responsible, also if a claim should arise from another party who feels embarrassed or otherwise insulted by a user in the sauna cabin.

Bath Towels & Bathrobes:
Saunahytten.dk is happy to help you obtain this by renting the sauna cabin.

Bruser at Saunahytten (outdoors):
It is allowed to use the shower at the sauna cabin entrance.

It's about. 85 liters of water available. Any filling is done with normal. water hose with connection.

Bathing advice when bathing while renting the Sauna cabin:
In certain areas along the Danish coasts it can be dangerous to swim. Therefore, follow these bathing tips:

Learn to swim and jump right
Never pray alone
Ask only where allowed
Only go out to the navel
Only jump on your head where the water is deep enough
Swim along the coast
Never bathe with alcohol and narcotics in the blood
Go up when you start to freeze

If you are a winter swimmer - be sure to pay special attention to these tips:

Make sure there is a short distance from dressing to sea. So you do not have time to lose the desire and get cooled before the dip.
A real winter bath makes sure to get the whole (!) Body into the cold water, but keep your head above water, otherwise you risk severe headaches.
Gently lower your body into the water. Jump out of the water after 10-20 seconds. It is plentiful to start the whole life-giving shock effect.
It is dangerous to swim alone, and especially in winter it is important to have someone nearby in case you get sick.
You must be able to bottom where you bathe. Recommended water depth is 1.5 meters.
Remember the bathing shoes, in winter the surface is often slippery, and when it is so cold at the same time that the feet lose some of their sense of touch, it is smart to wear bathing shoes so that you do not fall.
Jump only in the water on good health days. That is, no cold shiver if you have a cold or a fever. People with heart problems or high blood pressure, diabetes or pregnant women should refrain from winter bathing

Fire extinguisher and fire procedure:
There is an approved fire extinguisher in the caravan in the sauna cabins, the escape route is at the entrance or out through a window in the sauna area.

Use of the sauna:
As this is a wellness sauna, the following rules apply:

No smoking in the saunas.
To avoid rust formation, only pour fresh water or approved oils on the stove.
If water is poured on the stove, it must be done carefully with sauna ash to avoid combustion of vapors.
Movement in the sauna must be done calmly, as the oven and flue reach very high temperatures.
Make sure everyone in the sauna is told not to touch the inside chimney or the stove when it is lit. Both become very hot.
The glass door to the oven must be closed so that embers do not pop out. It may only be opened when firewood is to be supplied.
Do not pour alcohol on the stove due to the risk of fire. It is a small room with an open fire.
As a starting point, only the delivered firewood may be used, as the type of wood is decisive for temperature and calorific value.

* If there has been damage to the sauna cabin during rent, the tenant is of course liable for compensation.

Electricity & energy consumption:
The sauna cabins are powered by a 12 w battery system, and can be operated completely without the connection of normal. power. This ensures alm. operation light & shower for up to 12 hours. For longer rental periods, an extra battery can be handed out so that this can be replaced. This is agreed upon at the conclusion of the agreement.

Footwear:
It is recommended that footwear be placed so that floor space is kept free

Photo & Video:
There are no restrictions on taking pictures or video when the sauna cabin is used, as it is for private use. If images and videos are shared publicly, Saunahytten.dk must not be associated with pornographic or other offensive behavior on these images or videos.

Forgotten cases:
If there are any forgotten cases after use, this is stored for up to 14 days after use, and can be sent to the user at his expense.

Grill:
It is not allowed to grill inside the sauna cabin, but of course allowed on the outside area if this is indicated on the area.

Groups:
Saunahytten.dk reserves the right, at any time, to gain access to the sauna cabin. This applies both to reports of misuse of the sauna cabin in connection with rentals to larger groups and individual users.

Guests:
It is allowed to use the sauna cabin with the number of people specified in the rental agreement. Any guests who make the number of people higher must be notified to Saunahytten.dk.

Pets
It is NOT allowed to bring pets in the sauna cabin.

Music:
It is allowed to use the installed music system in the sauna cabin, this can play music via Bluetooth.

Key:
Keys to the carriage will be handed out on arrival. The location of the key varies from the different carriages, so the location is announced when booking.

Changing room:
It is possible to change in the sauna cabin entrance (limited space), it is also possible to store clothes and valuables here.

Stay in and around the sauna cabin:
It is not allowed to stay on the roof of the sauna cabin.

Setting up the sauna:
Saunahytten.dk takes care of delivery, setup and ensures the correct location

Dress:
It is recommended to use a bath towel on the benches in the sauna cabin, while there are no restrictions on the use of swimwear or not; this we leave up to the users themselves.

Complaint:
If there are elements in the lease that do not live up to the agreed, you can complain to Saunahytten.dk. We always prefer a direct inquiry so we can ensure happy guests.

Cleaning:
Cleaning is ALWAYS done by Saunahytten.dk, which is included in the price. The cleaning involves normal. cleaning; in the case of extraordinary cleaning due to non-compliance with the use of the sauna cabin, Saunahytten.dk reserves the right to make a claim for extra cleaning.

Smoking:
Smoking is NOT allowed indoors in the sauna cabin.

Selfie Point:

Sun hours:
Part of the concept behind Saunahytten.dk is to create the framework for the ideal experience with sunrise - or sunset directly at the water's edge. On the website www.soltider.dk you can find out when exactly the sun rises or sets in the whole of Denmark, and thus ensure you good conditions for a unique experience.

Transport of the sauna cabin:
Saunahytten.dk always makes sure to deliver and pick up the sauna cabin.

Theft:
Should theft occur while using the sauna cabin, this is at your own risk. It is recommended to lock the caravan if all participants leave the sauna cabin.
